A black business owner walked out on Elizabeth Warren's presidential announcement—here's why

Johnhaynes Honeycutt is a black small business owner from Massachusetts who identified as an Elizabeth Warren supporter.

"I was an Elizabeth Warren supporter, but I found at the event there wasn't any way for me to identify with the things she was saying," Honeycutt said.

Honeycutt told the Washington Examiner he was disappointed that she wasn't focusing more on how to help those who come from blue collar, small town backgrounds achieve great success:

One of Warren's proposed plans is to tax the holdings of anyone with more than $50 million in assets at an annual rate of 2 percent, and to tax billionaires at a 3 percent rate.

A George Washington University law professor recently wrote in The Washington Post that her tax plan is "probably unconstitutional."
