House Speaker Paul Ryan, R-Wis., called the shooting at a high school in Parkland, Fla., Wednesday afternoon an “unspeakable tragedy” that was a product of "true evil.”

At least 14 people were injured in the shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, and multiple people killed, according to police.
Police said the shooter, who they said is approximately 19-years-old and a former student, was found alive in Coral Springs, Fla., by a Coconut Creek Police officer and taken into custody.
Multiple outlets identified the shooter as Nicolas Cruz.
