Illegal alien suspected in 3 Northland shootings said 'voices tell him who to shoot'

Pompa-Rascon, according to Clay County Court documents, told detectives “voices tell him who to shoot.” He is in the United States illegally from Mexico, the documents show.

Pompa-Rascon has been charged in the two injury shootings in Clay County - the incidents near 102nd Street and North Oak Trafficway, and in front of a home near 11th Street and North Campbell Street.

Prosecutors have yet to file murder charges in the death of Russell James Fisk, owner of Black Card Tattoo Collective, who was found dead after an incident at Northwest Barry Road and North Platte Purchase Drive.

Then at 8:14 p.m. Friday a shooting was reported at Northwest Barry Road and North Platte Purchase Drive in Platte County.

When police arrived, they located a silver Dodge Neon crashed in a creek bed.
