Driving home listenng to radio. They played clip from Chucky Schumer who said NOKA summit lacked “substance” like they say in Texas “All cattle and no hat”. Almost drove off the road! What’s he meant to say was “All hat and no cattle”. Stay in NY Chucky. You’ll be more comfy.
