Two Arizona residents appeared in Natrona County Circuit Court on Thursday and admitted that they set out on a road trip to Casper with two children in the trunk of their car earlier this week.
Michael Fee, 63, and 31-year-old Amber Freudenstein each pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor counts of child endangerment during their initial court appearances before Circuit Judge Steven Brown.
"We traveled up here and didn't have room for everybody in the car," Fee told Brown.
"We were just trying to get here to see her other children," Fee continued.
"I'm just grateful that nothing happened," Fee told Brown.
