A U.S. Navy veteran has been indicted on federal charges related to his attempt to enter the Pensacola Veterans Affairs Clinic earlier this month while armed with an AR-15-style rifle and a handgun.
Camp was stopped by police and taken into custody May 6 before entering the Pensacola Veterans Affairs Clinic while armed.

He drove up to an area near the clinic's front door, showed his prescription to staff members, drove his vehicle to a designated area in the parking lot and waited for his prescription.
After growing frustrated by the wait, Camp spoke with a VA staff member before a VA police officer asked him to return to his vehicle.
